Abstract

Logistics is considered for topic which has a large influence on less costs, satisfaction of customers, even on volume of sale. Logistics issue is very wide. In my diploma work I occupied with subjects which are one of the most important subjects for a company – Inventor Control and Distribution.

Aim of my diploma work was to suggest inventory control of optimization of company XYZ, a.s. The company products components to the cars.
