Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with modernising the physical protection of repair of the object of connecting techniques from intrusion and its use in practice. The objective of this work is to minimize the threats associated with intrusion and to enhance the protection of the object itself. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Introduction deals with the current situation in the field of security and is here set out the purpose of the work. In the theoretical part are addressed in the legal regulations and standards that deal with the areas of the protection of persons and property in connection with physical protection. Part of the theoretical part is also an explanation of the basic concepts in the field of protection of persons and property and the breakdown of physical protection. It also addresses the possible use of individual elements of protection within the perimeter, jacketed, spatial, subject and režimové protection. At the end of the theoretical part are listed the analytical methods that can be used in the context of security analysis. At the beginning of the practical part of the described location of the repair object coupling techniques in the context of the complex and is given here a description of the repair object. In the next section of work to become familiar with the existing physical protection and a subjective opinion on her condition, which points out the pros and shortcomings in this area. In the following part of the work deals with the analysis and evaluation of risks. In the analysis using Išikavova digramu points to the possible risks, which could have resulted in unauthorized intrusion. Using the analysis tree event (ETA) is here referred to the possible development of events. And using the SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) will show us the option, how is it possible to use the strengths and opportunities to minimise the identified threats in connection with the identified deficiencies. At the end of this section there are listed the most serious risks in the area of physical protection. Subsequently developed an innovative proposal for the use of appropriate mechanical and technical elements of protection eliminates the individual risks. At the end of the innovative design is then presented to the financial requirements of the proposal and its justification according to the principle of ALARA. At the conclusion of the bachelor thesis are described the steps that led to the detection of the most serious risks and their evaluation using analysis. Subsequently are presented the used elements of protection and measures which serve to eliminate the identified risks. Bachelor thesis is finished by stating that, if it was the set target achieved.
