Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with a geophysical investigation of the Nadlesky site. The spatial extent of the teschenite association rocks is verified using the method of Electrical Resistivity Tomography. Geology of the teschenite association rocks is linked to the Lower Cretaceous Period, specifically to the Hradiště Formation of the Silesian Unit. After the measurements and data processing, the results of this work are compared with a geological map 1:50,000; boreholes and pits available from the Czech Geological Survey. The results are also correlated with the preliminary outputs of a shallow drilling exploration performed by the Department of Geological Engineering, VSB–TUO which is currently being processed.
