Abstract
This thesis deals with the analysis of a marketing mix at the Business Academy in Ostrava - Marianske Hory. The theoretical part describes individual elements of the marketing mix of services. In the practical part I have presented the analysis of the marketing mix at the secondary school, its subsequent evaluation and proposals for the improvement of individual elements of the marketing mix. In my thesis I am concerned essentially with the school marketing, trying to identify customer´s needs and ways of satisfying them by the means of the marketing mix.
