Abstract
This bachelor work deals with employee education and development in Kanlux s.r.o. firm. At first the work explains basic principles and terms of employee education and development. Further Kanlux s.r.o. and its present situation of education and development are described. Next part of this work shows results of questionnaire survey and proposals, which should lead to an improvement of the present situation of education and development in Kanlux s.r.o. firm.
