Abstract

This bachelor's thesis examines the potential use of AI (artificial intelligence) in labor inspections. The aim is to analyze the benefits of AI in the Czech inspection system and propose specific implementation strategies. The study focuses on improving the efficiency of safety regulation enforcement, reducing human errors, and preventing workplace risks. Additionally, it evaluates existing technologies used in labor inspections and their applicability in the Czech context. The findings of this thesis may contribute to the modernization of inspection processes and the enhancement of workplace safety.
