Abstract
Bachelor thesis is focused on employee's motivation in chosen organization. First chapter described basic terms, processes and theories, which are helpful to understand this issue. In the practical part is done analysis of the current situation of using stimulation funds and then analysis of employee's motivation through questionnaire. Suggestions and recommendations for organization are based on this questionnaire.
