Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with adaptation processes in the theoretical level, as well as in the practical part as part of the functioning of an industrial enterprise. The theoretical part includes the definition of concepts related to the field of adaptation. Defines personnel work, its methods, types and forms. It also characterizes an industrial enterprise in which the current analysis of adaptation processes will be processed. The practical part describes the personnel work in a selected industrial enterprise and processes the data that were obtained using a questionnaire survey. The conclusion of the practical part offers suggestions and recommendations to support the applied processes.
