Analýza nákladů zakládání staveb ve specifickém území

Abstract

This thesis analyzes the costs in setting up structures in a specific area conducted by Larumo Service Ltd. from 2007 to 2015. This paper compares three completed projects, which used the same technological procedures of contruction filling and costs were overdrawn. The first part specifies the technical part of the building foundation, together with photographs to illustrate the procedures. The following part describes the causes of cost overruns and economic evaluation. The last part makes suggestions to prevent damage and their impact on business.
