Abstract

Subject of the diploma thesis is the development of project documentation for an administrative building in Opava at the level of project documentation for the implementation of the construction according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., amending Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll., and Decree No. 169/2016 Coll. The project documentation was prepared on the basis of an architectural study. The administrative building in question is a building with a full basement and three above-ground floors. It is a predominantly brick building covered with a single-layer flat vegetated roof. Part of the building is clad in a light glazed perimeter shell. It also includes a diploma thermal technical assessment of the perimeter constructions of the building - according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011), an energy label of the building envelope - according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011), and a static calculation of the selected structural element of the building (Spiroll ceiling panel, reinforced concrete monolithic beam and column).
