Podnikatelský plán – založení firmy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu a posouzení reálnosti tohoto podnikatelského záměru, který bude orientován na poskytování lektorských služeb v oblasti obchodování na burze. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se věnuje základním pojmům z oblasti podnikání a obchodování na burze. Druhá část je věnovaná praktické části, kde jsou aplikované teoretické poznatky při sestavování podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část obsahuje hlavně popis podnikatelského záměru, analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, analýzu rizik, marketingový a finanční plán. Pro analýzu trhu byly použity metoda PEST a Porterova analýza pěti sil. SWOT analýza byla použita pro analýzu rizik. Práce je zakončena závěrem, kde je práce zhodnocená z hlediska reálnosti podnikatelského záměru.

The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan of the training centre aimed at providing educational services from the field of exchange trading. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with basic concepts of business and stock trading. The second part is the practical part, where the theoretical part is applied when drawing up the business plan. The practical part includes a description of the business plan, analysis of the external and internal environments, risk analysis, and marketing and financial plans. The PEST method and the Porter analysis of five forces were used for the market analysis. SWOT analysis was used for risk analysis. The work is summarized in a conclusion where the work is evaluated in terms of the feasibility of the business plan.
