Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility Organisation (CSR) is today a growing phenomenon. These are mainly large multinational corporations, which can boast activities falling within the scope of the CSR concept. Social responsibility can be understood as an initiative that the company carried out beyond the legal requirements and the economic, environmental and social. The work contains chapters dealing with the theoretical background associated with social responsibility, analyzes and describes the current state of society and in the end, the proposals for the implementation of CSR. The work shows that Tescoma implementing activities under the concept of CSR. Therefore, she found it very convenient to start with a "social responsibility" to present both internally and externally. This would only loyal and good workers, but also a competitive advantage in its sector in the Czech market.
