Abstract

The primary goal of the magister´s thesis is to create a rough draft of software test management for a company. The secondary objective is to devise for specific objects and meetings exemplary evidence tables. Individual levels of maturity TMMi model and it´s implementation into project managements are described in a subcharter. Quality management has been proven to be one of the ten areas of project management. As part of quality control management, basic management processes were described. Maturity models were presented and a simple comparison of the TMMi and CMMI maturity models was also made. The subsequent part of the theoretical part of the magister´s thesis analyzes and more closely approximates the TMMi maturity model according to individual levels. In the practical part, the company and its business orientation are presented. A rough draft of the business plan is also presented. Subsequently, the TMMi maturity model is applied and the rough structure of this model is designed for the company. The first level analyzes the current situation and ways of the quality control leadership in the company. The second level represents testing policy, testing strategy, test plan, test monitoring, test control, test design, test execution and development environment structure design. The third level creates a testing organization, life cycle and non-functional testing for the company. The fourth level deals with test measurement and an advanced review. The fifth level implements the review measures of the previous levels and seeks to establish a process update procedure. In the end is an evaluation of the work and recommendation for the company owner.
