Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to verify and optimize the continuous measurement of glycemia using biosensors. The accuracy and sensitivity of biosensors are expected to decline over time. A search was conducted on the topics of continuous measurement methods, in which I found out how they work in practice, which methods are used and what is their reliability. In this work It is used subcutaneous sensor methods and microdialysis methods. Glucose is detected using a measuring chain that contains a biosensor with the enzyme glucose oxidase. The measurement takes place in Hank's balanced salt solutions with different glucose concentrations, which simulate blood plasma. In the experimental part, the functionality of the biosensor was always first verified using cyclic voltammetry. The defective sensors were discarded and a series of four continuous measurements were performed with the functional ones using the chronoamperometry method under different conditions. In chronoamperometric measurements, the current was measured over time for three different analytes containing different glucose concentrations. The measured results of the biosensors were analyzed and compared with each other.
