Analýza rentability společnosti ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza rentability společnosti ve stavebnictví. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analýza rentability společnosti GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r. o. za období 2007 - 2010 a následně je realizován pyramidový rozklad ROE na dílčí ukazatele. Analýza finanční situace je provedena na základě účetních výkazů společnosti GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r. o. za období 2007-2010. V teoretické části práce je obsažen popis a metody finanční analýzy, které byly použity ve výpočtech. V praktické části práce je vypočten pyramidový rozklad ROE, analyzovány ukazatele rentability a určen bod indiference. Následně je provedena analýza odchylek pomocí metody postupných změn. V závěru práce je celková situace v podniku zhodnocena z hlediska rentability za uvedené období.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the Profitability analysis of company in the building industry. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is the profitability analysis in the company GEMO OLOMOUC, spol. s r. o. and next is conducted the pyramidal decomposition of return on equity and the influence of particular ratios on the main synthetic one are assessed. Financial analysis is performed on the basis of financial statements from the period 2007-2010. In the theoretical part the financial analysis methods, employed within the thesis, are described. In the practical part is conducted the pyramidal decomposition of return on equity, performed profitability analysis and determinated point of indifference. Next is used method of successive changes. The conclusion of bachelor thesis is included the appreciation of profitability analysis of the company during the period.
