Abstract

Bachelor thesis focuses on the switchable three-phase asynchronous electric engines used on cranes. Includes the theory of three-phase asynchronous electric engines, principle of operation and control of revolution speed. Further discusses the possible types of connection on switchable asynchronous engines. In the practical part are inspected and evaluated the results of measurements carried out on the switchable three-phase asynchronous electric engine. They include both steady phenomenon and transit phenomenon that occur when switching between different revolution speeds.
