Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to develop a company financial analysis. It is a CEZ Distribution Services company. This analysis is to assess the financial health of the company and propose recommendations for its further positive development.Financial analysis is divided into sub-components namely: horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, financial ratios and calculations using bankruptcy and secure models. The analysis revealed that the company is situated at a fair level and with further recommendations it would develop to an even more prosperous company.There are proposed recommendations at the end, which should contribute to further improving the situation of the company.
