Změna logistického toku materiálu s cílem snížení nákladů na zpracování strusek

Abstract

The presented thesis analyses actual procedure of slag treatment out off blast furnance pig iron desulphrization and offers more acceptable version. The proposal of technological process is based on several aspects – minimalization of processing costs, work safety assurance and technical disposals utilization of manufacturing plant. By assesing costs there is used the accounting managment point of view, respectively comparison by direct costs calculation for processing. The individual operations of proposed versions and its feasibility evaluation are presented in the main part of the thesis. Two proposals arise from this analysis, in which direct costs are calculated. In the conclusion, the effective solution is recommended on the basis of confrontation of both versions and its contribution is summed up.
