Skladové hospodářství v hutním průmyslu

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce „Skladové hospodářství v hutním průmyslu“ je definice manipulačních, přepravních a skladovacích metod v hutním průmyslu, nalezení specifik v těchto oblastech pro hutní průmysl a nalezení možností ke zvýšení efektivity skladového hospodaření v hutním průmyslu. První část práce je zaměřena na popis metod pro řešení problémů při manipulaci s materiálem, rozbor dopravy v hutním podniku a používaných zařízení v hutním průmyslu. V druhé části pak hodnotím skladování v konkrétní firmě. Cílem práce je předložit vhodné návrhy, které povedou ke snížení nákladů na zásoby a jejich skladování.

The subject of this thesis, "Stock control in the steel industry" is the definition of handling, transport and storage methods in the metallurgical industry, finding the specifics in these areas for the metallurgical industry and finding opportunities to improve efficiency of warehouse operations in the steel industry. The first part is concentrated on the description of methods for solving problems in material handling, analysis the transport in metallurgical company and equipment used in the metallurgical industry. In the second part I analyse stored in a particular company. The purpose of this is to submit suitable suggestions which will provide decrease of costs of stock and storage.
