The aim of the theses is to create an illustrative training tool for employees of Coking plant. To highlight the main risks and thus reduce the likelihood of occupational injuries. To increase employee awareness of the risks of their working environment and related risks. Examination of the training system and risk analysis of the company. Proposal for a new way of training and comparison of the current training system with the proposed solutions. Processing suggestions to improve the quality and adjustment methodology of implementation of risk analysis company.
