Analýza bodových závad na ul. Martinovská v Ostrave

Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is analysis of point defects resp. safety inspection on Martinovská street in Ostrava. The safety inspection consisted of a personal inspection of the section and the subsequent assessment of exposed risks to road traffic. Risk remedies are suggest to eliminate or permanently eliminate the risk. Part of the work is also an analysis of traffic accident, which wasn´t a documentation for inspection, because the knowledge of places with frequent occurrences of traffic accidents does not mean identification of all risk places. The result of the work is an evaluation of the current state and that, therefore, 33 risks were identified in the solution section, most often with medium severity of risk and especially with simple or administrative complexity of the solution.
