Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to describe and analyse supplying state aid in the European Union. The Bachelor Thesis is orientated on the problems of the actual financial crisis and attempts to adumbrate, how some member states and the European Union as a whole deal with this important problem. The Bachelor Thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the principle and the aims of the economic competition protection, the second chapter is addict to theme - supplying state aids in the area of the European Union and in compliance with its rules. The last third chapter tries to analyse state aid to the banks during the current economic and financial crisis.
