Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with sensors for measurement of blood vessels model parameters using perspective method of capacitive sensing. The aim of the thesis is sensor development for measuring dielectric change of blood vessel caused by pulsating liquid flow. For capacitive sensor is needed to develop measuring electronic device which is able to measure and digitize the capacity value between the active and the reference copper plates of capacitive probe. For comparison of capacitive volume pulse wave with pressure pulse wave the precise pressure sensors of clinical practice are used, the output is amplified by an instrument amplifier and digitized by the AD converter of ESP32 module with sufficient resolution and linear conversion. Measured values are sent via serial line to PC, for signal processing and evaluation of pulse wave parameters in Matlab to compare both types of measurements.
