Abstract

The subject of Bachelor work is financial performance analysis of the construction company measured by ratio indicators. The main objective is financial situation evaluation of the non-called construction company XY. Theoretical part of the work is concerned to financial analysis methods focused on profitability, liquidity, activity and leverage ratio indicators. Second part introduces the construction company itself. Practical part of work is focused on ratio indicators evolution of analyzed company. In conclusion are interpreted results of financial analysis and suggested corrective actions to improve the financial situation of the company.
