Abstract
The graduation thesis „Analysis of motivation system in a company“ evaluates motivation system in a concrete company and to propose recomemendations for improvement. The theoretical part defines terms related to motivation and reward employees. The concepts in the theoretical part are the basis for the practical part.The practical part analysis motivation system and given suggestions to improve motivation system.
