Identifikace, analýza a hodnocení rizik na výrobní lince svařovny

Abstract

The subject of this dissertation is the analysis of employee risks in a manufacturing company. The first part of the paper is dedicated to presenting occupational safety as a science and explaining various perspectives on risks. This is followed by an introduction to risk assessment methods, with a particular focus on the scoring method. The second part describes work activities, and then an assessment of the current state is performed using the scoring method. Next, risks associated with work activities are evaluated. Finally, measures are proposed based on the results of the work activity evaluation, which will improve working conditions and contribute to an overall reduction in risk in the workplace.
