Analýza a přepracování příručky integrovaného systému řízení.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyzes manual integrated management system, with a focus on quality at Linde VITKOVICE a.s. Target of this work is to analyze and subsequently revise the mentioned manual. The main analysis items are particularly map of the processes, determining the owner of the process, and establishing measurable criteria for individual processes. The first part deals with the issue of an integrated quality management system and the requirements of ISO 9000 standards for documenting management in integrated management systems. The practical part contains an analysis of deficiencies in the manual according to requirements of ISO 9001, including newly designed cards of defined processes, which should serve to better orientation in the searching for information about the various processes.
