Abstract

Bachelor’s work deals with conflict of obligations in the building industry. Information about building production with stress on its miscellaneousness and relation to need of Labour Safety and Health Protection solving are involved in preamble. More detailed description of building production participants obligations follows in accordance with the Law No. 183/2006 of Code, Constructional Law, Law No. 309/2006 of Code, Law about establishment of other Labour Safety and Health Protection conditions, Law No. 309/2006 of Code and Work Code as key Laws for construction production. In the next are initiated more Companies obligations conflicts come up in the building industry practice. Measures solution proposals of conflicts between obligations established by safety instructions and executed practice follows after that.
