Varianty řešení stropní konstrukce rodinného domu

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design, structural assessment, and mutual comparison of three variants of ceiling structures for a family house – a reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling, a prefabricated ceramic ceiling of the Porotherm system, and an aerated concrete ceiling of the Ytong system for a specific object. Part of the solution is also an effort to replace monolithic RC lintels with system lintels where technical conditions allow it. The thesis includes load calculations, the design and assessment of individual elements according to valid technical standards, the development of drawing documentation, an indicative budget, a survey focused on investor preferences, and a multi-criteria evaluation. The aim is to create a comprehensive overview of the individual ceiling variants, highlight their advantages and disadvantages, and at the same time evaluate them from a technical, economic, and practical point of view.
