Financování zdravotnictví z rozpočtů krajů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá financováním zdravotnictví z rozpočtů krajů. V teoretické části je vymezeno postavení a struktura územní samosprávy, samostatná působnost kraje a rozpočty krajů. Následující část se věnuje zdravotnictví financované kraji, kde je stručně vymezeno zdravotnictví, financování zdravotnictví a zdravotnictví v rozpočtové skladbě. Praktická část je realizována analýzou dat ve sledovaném období. Cílem výzkumu je zhodnocení výdajů krajů na zdravotnictví.

The thesis deals with health funding from regional budgets. The theoretical part defines the position and structure of the local authority, the autonomous competence of the county and the budgets of the counties. The following section is devoted to the health service financed by the county, where health, health and health funding in the budget mix is briefly defined. The practical part is implemented by analysing the data in the period of observation. The aim of the research is to assess the region's health expenditure.
