Abstract

Sense of this working is explication, how works exaction of a tax in Czech republic. In first part are mentioned ways of exaction of a tax and their using in practice. Next part is about audition and insolvence. This is different ways of exaction. This constituent part of working deals with among others juxtaposition and differents between audition and insolvence and thein using in practice. And then is noted analysis ways of exaction of a tax, which is completed with a few figures, graphs with comments and there is ettention to possibility international exaction. End of this working is about recapitulation of knowledges and thinking about this topic.
