Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the process of selection and recruitment of employees in organization. The work is focused on the description of acquiring, recruitment and selection. There are described internal and external sources by the process of recruitment of employees, then their advantages and disadvantages and finally their methods of obtaining. In the next process, called employee selection, is illustrated the pre-selection of candidates, selection criteria and methods which are used for selecting of candidates - CV, interviews, reference, selection tests and assessment centers. Followed recruitment process, which is explained by the process of acceptance and familiarity with the workplace worker. This is followed by an adaptation of a fluctuation. Afterwards there are described the research methods of their validity and reliability and the research tools and follow - interview and questionnaire. In the last chapter there are characterized the ways of evaluation of the recruitment process, selection and recruitment of perspective - scientific, economic, legal and psychological. All the above processes are shown in the practical part of the selected company where they are finally evaluated and there are recommended proposals for the organization as well.
