Abstract

The topic of my bachelor thesis is a Marketing mix analysis of a hair salon. The aim of the thesis is to identify current form of a marketing mix of a hair salon Kadeřnictví & prodlužko and based on marketing research make suggestions and recommendations for its improvement. The analysis was carried out of two questionnaires, for the hairdresser's part and for part of the extension and thickening of the hair. According to the key results of the analysis made suggestions and recommendations that could be used by hair salon to get new customers, keeping existing customers and to strengthen its competitiveness.
