Abstract

The topic of my master thesis is The Issue of Sress and its Influence on Emergency Medical Assistance. The theorerical part is devoted to the issue of stress, how to cope with stress, the cause of stress and work and organizational stress. The practical part is focused on the questionaire analysis, which was implemented to emergency medical workers.
