Nízkonákladový multimédiální komunikační server s rozšířenou funkcionalitou

Abstract

This thesis deals about building a multimedia communication server. Goal of this thesis is to create a multimedia communication server, capable of replacing expensive commercial alternative, using free software and affordable hardware. Thesis contains the introduction of used components, important parts of configurations and generally describes process of the offered solution, while highlighting possible advanatges and limitations. Result of this thesis is a open, freely extensible system which would satisfy user's needs. At the end of this thesis, server is practicaly tested and the outcome of this test is analyzed. Thesis contains the complete documentation, together with a .img file of created system.
