Technologický postup provádění balkonů objektu bytového domu

Abstract

Cílem absolventské bakalářské práce byl návrh nosné balkonové konstrukce objektu bytového domu. Balkonová konstrukce splňuje požadavky především na nosnost, dostatečnou tuhost, stabilitu a funkčnost. Návrh balkonových konstrukcí splňuje současné nároky a požadavky z hlediska tepelné techniky se zamezením vzniku tepelných mostů. Součástí bakalářské práce je řešení dvou alternativních materiálových typů balkonové konstrukce s porovnáním časové a ekonomické náročnosti. Obsahem bakalářské práce jsou dále technické zprávy, tepelně technické posouzení budovy, technologický postup prováděného typu balkonu a projektová dokumentace objektu bytového domu pro stavební povolení.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was a graduate design of the supporting balcony building structure apartment building. Balcony satisfies the requirements particularly for resistance, sufficient strength, stability and functionality. Design balcony constructions meet the current demands and requirements in terms of thermal techniques, avoiding thermal bridges. Part of the bachelor thesis is the solution of two alternative types of material structures patio with comparing temporal and economic demands. The content of the bachelor thesis as well as technical reports, thermal and technical assessment of the buildings, the type of technological process conducted balcony and project documentation for the building of a residential building for a building permit.
