Abstract
The aim of presented bachelor's thesis is to find out, if there is influence of human capital on the economic growth in the selected countries of Latin America. The bachelor's thesis is diveded into three chapters. The first chapter pursues the theory of human capital and economic growth. The second chapter follows up research of chosen empirical studies. The third chapter coucerns itself relation between human capital and economic growth in selected countries of Latin America on correlative analysis supported by Pearson´s correlative coefficient. In the framework of the third chapter were used three indicators which represent human capital. Namely expected years of schooling, school enrollment, secondary (% net) and labour force with tertiary education. As the result there is proven positive reliance between above mentioned indicators and economic growth confirmed Pearson´s correlative coefficient.
