Komparace spotřebitelského úvěru a leasingu pro fyzické osoby

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a comparison financing of a passenger car through consumer credit and financial leasing. In the theoretical part is described characteristic and legislation of consumer credit, characteristic of leasing, after which basic concepts of multi-criteria evaluation of variants, methods for determining the weights of criteria and methods of multi-criterion evaluation of variants. In the practical part of the thesis is focused on choice of alternative solutions and evaluation criteria. On the next step, the determination of weights of the criteria is conducted on the basis of three methods. The methods used were the scoring method, the Fuller method and the Saaty method. Application of multi-criteria evaluation of variants was based on the weighted ranking method and the weighted sum method. Conclusion of the practical part is executed the summary applied cases.
