Management rizik projektů v průmyslových podnicích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se orientuje na management rizik v průmyslových podnicích. Blíže se zaměřuje na rizika spojená s projektovým řízením. První část práce popisuje teoretické znalosti a postupy v oblasti managementu rizik. V práci je uvedena definice, identifikace a posouzení rizik managementu. Další část bakalářské práce obsahuje jednotlivé etapy řízení rizik a detailnější specifikace. Poslední část se zabývá praktickým příkladem, ve kterém jsou znázorněna jednotlivá rizika a jejich řešení v praxi.

Bachelor thesis focuses on risk management in industrial enterprises. Details focuses on the risks associated with the project management. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge and practice in the area of risk management. It is generally the definition, identification and assessment of risk management. Another part of the work includes the steps of risk management and detailed specifications. The last part deals with a practical example in which are shown the individual risks and their solutions in practice.
