Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is assessment quality of IPTV. In a first part of thesis is theoretically analyzed IPTV, what is used for and subsequent description of subjective and objective assessment methods. Objective assessment methods are then implemented in program Matlab, where is designed user interface GUI and also the whole application. The second part contains a description of the algorithm for the objective assessment of image in Matlab. There is also described the way how to use the program for users. The work contains original and deformated images to test the functionality of the program. These images I got from my colleagues who measured IPTV.
