Diagnostika finančního zdraví energetické společnosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je diagnostikovat finanční zdraví společnosti ČEZ Distribuční služby s.r.o. v letech 2008 – 2012, průběh následné fúze v roce 2013 a současný stav po dokončení fúze společnosti v roce 2014. Úvod zachycuje průvodce diplomovou prací. Druhá část je teoretická. Popisuje pojmy, metody diagnostiky finančního zdraví společnosti. Vysvětluje uživatele finanční analýzy, zdroje, metody a vzorce pro zhodnocení zdraví společnosti. Praktická stránka je v třetí a čtvrté kapitole. Zabývá se charakteristikou společnosti a je v ní zahrnuta finanční analýza společnosti. Pro posouzení finanční situace využívá pyramidový rozklad ROE, bonitní a bankrotní modely, které čerpají ukazatele z poměrové analýzy a ukazatel přidané hodnoty EVA a metoda BSC. Pátá kapitola obsahuje návrhy řešení a doporučení do budoucna. Šestá kapitola je závěrečná. Shrnuje výsledky diplomové práce

The aim of the thesis is to diagnose the financial health of the company ČEZ Distribuční služby, s. r. o. in the years 2008 – 2012, the course of the subsequent merger in 2013 and the current status after the completion of the merger of the company in 2014. Introduction captures the guide of the master thesis. The second part is theoretical. Describes the concepts, the methods of diagnosis of the financial health of the company. Explains the users of financial analysis, sources, methods and formulas for the evaluation of the health of the company. The practical aspects of it in the third and fourth chapter. It deals with the characteristics of the company and is included in it financial analysis of the company. For the assessment of the financial situation uses a pyramidal decomposition of the ROE, creditworthy and bankruptcy models that draw indicators from the ratio analysis and the ratio of value added EVA and method BSC. The fifth chapter contains proposals for solutions nd recommendations for the future. The sixth chapter is the final. Summarizes the results of the thesis
