Analýza rizik spojených se zahájením podnikání ve Frenštátě pod Radhoštěm a jeho okolí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the business environment in the town of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and identifying key risks that potential entrepreneurs may face in this locality. Through a PESTLE analysis, political, economic, social, technological, legislative, and environmental factors affecting the business environment of the analyzed area were examined. Subsequently, a SWOT analysis was conducted, with its components, evaluations, and weights determined based on interviews with local entrepreneurs. The results indicate that Frenštát pod Radhoštěm offers a stable and favorable environment for small and medium-sized enterprises, although certain obstacles need to be overcome to maximize the success of business activities and minimize risks in this area. The thesis also provides recommendations for potential entrepreneurs on how to effectively respond to economic fluctuations and improve their competitiveness.
