This bachelor thesis deals with the project of a family house, which consists of two parts. The first part is focused on the building part of the project documentation. The second part deals with technical equipment of buildings. Specifically for heating with heat pump in variant 1 air / water and variant number 2 ground / water. It also deals with hot water heating. The heating system is designed for panel radiators.
