Návrh technologického postupu výstavby hotelu

Abstract

The subject of this thesis was to fill the technological process of construction hotel in Ostrava. In developing my thesis topic focused on the issue of implementation of monolithic concrete structures. The proposed facility is in the first basement is an underground garage, which is accessible via a ramp, then a washer and dryer. In the first floor is a reception, a dance hall with a cloakroom and a bar, utility room and a cafe. From the second storey begin each room, second floor total of 11 rooms. In the third and fourth floor is six rooms, including five for two people. In the fifth floor is flat entry roof and the elevator machine room. The supporting structure of the building is designed as a monolithic structure with a combination of load-bearing walls and columns. The building is fully insulated with polystyrene with a thickness of 120 mm.
