Abstract

The thesis deals with the analysis of an inventory control system in the chosen company, showing the current level of its inventory control. The theoretical part of the work focuses on the fundamental concepts associated with inventory control, the analysis of the specific types of inventory control, and methods of evaluation of the results that are calculated via specific analyses. The practical part presents the company RONAS, s. r. o., whose inventory control is the subject of the investigation. The analysis studies all company’s items and provides a complex overview of the current state, using the method of ABC analysis of a particular warehouse of the company. The final part of the work presents the evaluation of inventory control in the company and possible solutions for its improvement.
