Zhodnocení vývoje antropogenních půd na ostravských odvalech

Abstract

This work is focused on the assesment of the development of anthropogenic soils in the coal-mine spoils in Ostrava-Karvina coalfield. The work was based on a soil survey of 5 coal-mine spoils of Ostrava which were selected according to certain criteria. The soil survey was based on dug soil pits which always came from the upper and lower parts of the spoils. Physical soil profiles were produced for each sample location. The main pedogenic processes in spoils of Ostrava were weathering and humification. The structure of A horizons of all monitored soil pits was weakly developed and in all cases, the structure was mild breadcrumb or breadcrumb. The texture of most of the spoil soils in the Ostrava-Karvina mining district was loamy sand. For most of the soil pits the skeleton was higher in the lower horizons of the soil profile than in the upper parts of the profile whereas the skeleton of most A horizons ranged between 10 – 30 %.
