Odměňování v podnikatelském a nepodnikatelském sektoru v České republice

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on remuneration in the business and non-business sectors in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to show how the selected professions evolved over time, to compare their development in the business and non-business sectors, and answer the question whether explicitly say where the selected sector are better paid professions. Based on the analysis of available data from the Information System on Average Earnings were chosen professions represented significantly in both sectors simultaneously. Also were monitored median gross wages of selected professions in the period 2005-2010. Consequently was each individual profession compared between sectors. It was found that the development of rewarding individual selected professions is in sectors different and as regards the level of remuneration cannot explicitly say that the rule would have significant differences.
