Optimalizace nakládání s odpady v masozávodu Kaufland

Abstract

This dissertation discusses the optimization of waste management, including its reduction, in the Modletice meat plant owned by Kaufland company. The plant processes beef and pork. In waste management, the topic of waste optimization and reduction is one of the most important ones. The first part of the thesis is focused on the relevant legislation, description and summary of production and what kind of waste is produced by the meat plant. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the optimization of waste management itself. The result of the optimization is then summarized at the end of the thesis.
