Abstract
In this dissertation describes the procedure for creating business strategy, the theme is applied to the company Partners Financial Services, a.s.
The first part contains basic concepts, methods of strategic analysis and other theoretical foundations of strategic management.
In the second part of the thesis examined company's position in the market, financial situation of company, identify its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The following forecast of future and proposals strategies.
The result is finding, that the company Partners Financial Services, a.s. is successful dominant company in the financial-consultancy market, which has correctly strategy defined. The proposed recommendations in the final part of this thesis could lead to even further benefit of company.
