Měření a modelování plošné elektrické aktivity srdce

Abstract

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is the basic anatomical and physiological effect of the heart, followed by an introduction to convection electrocardiography. The key to a valid evaluation of the area electrocardiographic signal is to get acquainted with its parameters, possible types of interference and evaluation as in the spectral, with respect to the area. Direct introduction to the issue of surface mapping of electrocardiographic possibilities from the body surface. This includes information regarding area electrocardiographic signal processing, a description of the electrode systems already mentioned, and the interpretation of potential maps. In the practical part, a multi lead system was designed for sensing surface electrocardiographic potentials around the circumference of the torso with a total of 48 electrodes in the chest and back. Subsequently, a graphical environment was recommended for the presentation and evaluation of the obtained signal. The result is a visualization of surface electrical cardiac activities with respect to the occurrence of cardiac events. Graphic output is shown in the form of 2D and 3D model.
